This is a single player, keyboard-controlled, 2D, bullet hell game.

There is a story to this game based around Penryn who may be either a humanoid robot or a modified human, neither her name nor her origin is clear at the start of the game. She has lost her memory but what she does know is that she is destined to fight the robots guarding the Canaria facility.

Her weapons are a rapid firing gun, two massive swords and a shield. Sword power increases the more it is used and, in addition, swords can be thrown making her temporarily invulnerable. The shield is temporary and needs to be recharged. Survival depends upon avoiding enemy fire and managing the resources of her weapons.
