All Dogs Go to Heaven Activity Center is a collection of mini games and activities related to the 1989 film.

Gameplay starts at a city overview, where the player can visit buildings related to the characters in the film. Various dog breeds can be learned about in the different areas.

• Carface: A hidden object game set in a junkyard. Carface presents a clipboard with items for the player to try to find on the screen.
• Charlie: A rundown casino; here the player can hear jokes from a stand up comedian, play songs and sounds on the jukebox, or play a game of cards called Dog Pile at the gambling table. Dog Hockey, an air hockey game against the computer, is available.
• Flo: Divided into three sections: The player can color pictures or make their own picture, complete connect-the-dot pictures, or learn about the dog version of famous artists by revealing their painting underneath scenes from the movie.
• Itchy: Visit the dog salon, where the player can remove fleas, wash, and trim Itchy. They can also learn more about dogs in general, and make their own strange animal by combining parts from different breeds, animals, and even machines.
• Melba: An arcade game where the player moves Charlie laterally at the bottom of the screen. The player tries to eat food as it falls from the top of the screen, while barking away dangers like tires, cans, and flower pots.
