Ancalagon
Description
Ancalagon is an unofficial Lord of the Rings game that takes place in the dungeons and fortress of Angband in the realm of Morgoth. In typical Rogue fashion the screen shows a topdown view of the dungeons and is displayed in simple character art. The player must collect food to survive and gold as a score. Killing monsters also gives a score which can lead to an additional life. Only the explored part of the dungeon are drawn on the screen.
Scores on death are remembered and a Top 5 scoreboard is maintained.
