Ant Wars
Description
Ant War is a 1–2 player strategy game based upon ant behavior.
The game is played on a board featuring red and black ant holes on opposite sides of the screen. The goal is to destroy the opposing player's ant colony by defeating the ant hole.
Each team has 17 ants with strength ranging from 1–10. Bread crumbs are randomly placed on the screen. If an ant eats a bread crumb, strength is increased by 1. If an ant is placed inside its own hole, its strength is increased by 1 each turn, and it also increases the hole's defense.
If an ant enters an opposing hole, that hole is reduced in strength, and there's a chance the hole can be destroyed. If two ants move on the same square, the ants fight with the attacking ant given the advantage. If no player has been defeated after 10 turns, the colony with the strongest hole is the winner.
A spider can be placed on the map. This will move about randomly eating ants. It can be killed by multiple ant attacks.
