Arcana Alchemia

Arcana Alchemia is a Japanese adult fantasy visual novel centered around alchemy practitioners. Long ago, the city of Allenbeek was the center of alchemic research and development, but since then, alchemy has started to become used less and less, with many of the city's residents having become enamored with modern technological developments such as video games and online shopping instead.

One resident of Allenbeek who remains dedicated to the importance of alchemy is Ruri Paracelsus Theophrastus, the daughter of a family who has long since owned an alchemic supply store in the city. Together with Kanon Harumo, an alchemy student, and Sara Yanase, a skilled alchemist pursuing her own research, Ruri attempts to impress the city's residents and restore interest in alchemy by creating an impressive project — but in the process, they accidentally create an animal-eared female homunculus named Fine.

The story branches into different routes depending on the player's decisions, unlocking stories for each of the four heroines. The original Japanese version of the game includes sexual content which was edited out of the Steam and console versions.
