Assassin's Creed III

This game entry covers the initial release of Assassin's Creed III for the PS3, which was different from the Wii U, Windows and Xbox 360 as it was bundled with additional content. It includes:

• Assassin's Creed III (base game)
• Assassin's Creed III: Benedict Arnold (DLC)

Retail versions came with a code to download the DLC. For the digital download versions it was bundled with the main game right away. At launch, there was no default version of the game for the PS3 without the DLC. For retail releases, the download was free only until 31st March 2013. Eventually the game was re-released as a download release only containing the base game with the DLC as an additional purchase.
