Assault On Vampire Island
Description
Assault On Vampire Island is an adventure game, and a part of the Adventure Games Live series. Like all games from this series, it is presented as a text "choose-your-own-adventure" game. Text messages shown on the screen describe where you are and what is going on, and you can choose what you want to do out of a few options presented to you.
The game takes place on Devil's Island, an abandoned place which is said to contain a treasure guarded by a murderous vampire. The player, disregarding such supernatural gossip, sets out to claim the treasure, only to discover that the island is full of classic movie monsters. Despite its horror trappings, the game is rather light-hearted and tongue-in-cheek.
Playing the game requires registration, which is a very quick process, only requiring to choose an username and password. The game is saved automatically, and can be resumed at any point.
