Asteroid Impact
Description
In Asteroid Impact, players control a spaceship tasked with protecting Earth from incoming asteroids and alien ships. The ship rotates left and right around the planet but cannot move freely. The camera remains centered on Earth, with a freely adjustable angle.
The objective is to shoot incoming threats while avoiding hits to the ship. If the ship is hit, shield energy decreases and, eventually, one of the three lives is lost. Players also have access to a smart bomb (three per life), which wipes out all enemies on screen when used. The ship's gun can be upgraded by collecting stars left behind by defeated aliens. Although defeat is inevitable, the aim is to accumulate as many points as possible to improve the high score.
