Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Burning Earth

Avatar: The Last Airbender - The Burning Earth for the Nintendo DS is a 2D action game played from a bird's-eye perspective based on the American animated series Avatar and follows the events of the second season of the show. In the game Aang, Katara and Sokka travel to the Earth Kingdoms capital Ba Sing Se to meet king Bumi and learn earth bending. The game is very similar in gameplay as the first game of the series on the Nintendo DS

During the game the player will take control of the various characters including Aang, Katara, Sokka and Toph to fight through enemies. While playing the player can switch between the playable characters. Aang, Katara and Toph can perform bending attacks while Sokka uses his mace. The player will encounter various enemies including bosses.

For the PlayStation 2, Wii and Xbox 360, a different 3D game was released. The Game Boy Advance also received a different 2D game.
