Azurian Attack

Description
Azurian Attack is a fixed-screen space-themed shoot-em-up for which a ROM exists, but it is unclear if it was officially released.
You control a space-ship, which may travel around the entire extent of the screen and will fire with a short range in any of the eight directions it can face. Alien ships will enter the area from the side of the screen, and will harrass you until you or they are destroyed. The first wave consists of small erraticaly moving ships. The second wave consists of larger ships that swoop in figure 8 patterns, and periodically release smaller ships that home in on your location. The third stage contains small figures attached to what may be diamond shaped solar-sails, that move rapidly across the screen.
The first three stages take place against a planetary back-drop. The final challenge is to traverse an asteroid field to reach the base on the other side. The asteroid field consists of six horizontally moving bands of rocks having various sizes, and you have to avoid all of these. Entry is only gained by sticking to the faint path marked out below the base as it moves to and fro across the top of the screen. Hitting the sides of the path will destroy your ship. Successfully reaching the base will award you bonus points, and the game will then repeat at a higher level of difficulty.
