Battlefield
Description
Battlefield is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.
The player controls a small ship at the right of the screen, that moves vertically and fires horizontally to the left. Enemy vehicles slowly approach towards the player's side of the screen, and they require multiple hits to destroy. Enemy vessels only fire horizontally, and the vehicle that directly targets the player always fires. The player must destroy all enemy vehicles before they reach the right of the screen. The player starts with barriers to protect from enemy fire, but these are removed after 4 enemy hits. The player starts with 9 vessels, but can gain more by shooting energy tanks.
