Be-Bop High School: Kōkōsei Gokuraku Densetsu

The comedic manga series Be-Bop High School gets a video game adaptation for the first and last time. Shingo has gone missing. As his friends, Hiroshi and Toru have to set out on the streets to gather clues in search of Shingo. You start the game selecting to play as either of the delinquent duo and roam the streets from a bird's eye view. Interacting with other NPCs is done by bumping into them. If you get into fights with them, there will be no combat system, the result of the fight is determined with a probability influenced by the "Fortune" stat, which is improved by praying at the shrine. Losing a fight saps your strength. The game has a day/night cycle. If you don't return home to sleep before it's too late into nighttime, you start the next day with less strength.
