Beat the Intro 3

Beat the Intro 3 is a music quiz with single player and multiplayer modes.

The Quick Fire game is a single player game. Each round consists of six timed, multiple choice, questions. If the player gets any of them wrong the round ends immediately, if they answer all six correctly they are shown the time they took to complete the round and that's the time they should aim to beat when they play the game again. All the questions here are introductions to pop songs.

The Multiplayer game is for two, three or four players/teams. Unlike the Quick Fire round the questions are not all based on the first few bars of pop songs. In this game questions are grouped into segments. Part one is a timed question based on either a song introduction, a song lyric or a pixellated blurred picture of an artist. If the player answers this correctly they are then asked three related trivia questions such as 'What year was the song released?'; 'Which album was the song on?', 'Who did the artist collaborate with?' etc. Each team completes all six of their segments for which a points score is given. When all players have completed their round of questions the game announces the winner.

Both games allow the players to answer questions based on a specific decade, the 50's & 60's, 70's, 80's, 90s & 00s, or a random selection. All instructions are written, there is no voice-over in this game.
