Beez

Description
In Beez, the player controls bees on a mission to save the world from evil invaders by navigating through 15 to 21 levels, depending on the chosen difficulty. Each level has one or more winning conditions: finding the exit, collecting all hidden eggs, and/or eliminating all enemies.
The game is a side-scrolling platformer/shooter. The bees move through side-scrolling levels (all directions) while shooting enemies with one of four types of guns. The standard gun has unlimited ammo and can be upgraded by collecting power-ups. The other three types—grenades, time bombs (which require five grenades), and missiles—must be collected during levels. Instead of jumping, the bee can fly. Once the wings are manually activated, the bee can fly in all directions for a limited time. Wing energy replenishes while the bee is on the ground.
The player controls one bee at a time. When a bee loses all its life energy by touching spikes, enemies, or their shots, it is replaced by another bee. On any difficulty level other than easy, a bee is also lost when the game is saved. The game can be saved at any time, but the player always restarts at the beginning of the current level.
