Bernard and Hank: Springtime Again
Description
Bernard and Hank: Springtime Again is the sequel to 2005's Bernard & Hank.
Seeking revenge for his defeat last year, NationalLiberal plots another attack on the two unsuspecting farmers. This time targeting Hank Hoedown's chicken farm. Faced with the theft of all his eggs as well as his prized super-sized egg, he and his good buddy Bernard set out to get the stolen goods back and once against put a stop to NationalLiberal's scheme.
Just like in the previous game the players takes control of both farmers, alternating between the two every five levels. Rather than collecting coins strewn about the levels, players now collect eggs. Otherwise the game plays very similar to the first one. NationalLiberal's minions include many recurring faces but also quite a few new types.
New in this installment are hidden bonus levels that can earn the player an extra life upon completion. The intermission driving stages are replaced with stages in which the player takes control of an airplane in a horizontally-scrolling shoot em up play style. Also new is progression between levels on an overworld map, allowing players to revisit already cleared levels and potentially stock up on extra lives.
