Big Top's Cartoon Toolbox Featuring Felix The Cat is an educational game based on the TV cartoon Felix the Cat. It allows children to create cartoons. The process: at the bottom of the screen is a timeline which is used to change between the movie frames. When the right frame is reached and the background is chosen, the player can add the cartoon elements. The options are characters with different poses, props (houses, plants, cars, etc.), special effects and sounds. After a character is set, it can be set to change poses in another frame - this process is automatically animated by the game. Adding text or dialogue is not supported. Finished cartoons can be exported and viewed without the program.
