Blackjack Trainer
Description
Blackjack Trainer is a single-player, shareware card game aimed at teaching the basics of the game to beginners.
The game itself allows the player to start with a virtual $500 and to bet on the hands that are dealt, with the game advising on whether to stand, split or hit etc. It is played with the mouse much like any other blackjack game.
In addition the help file covers the basics of blackjack and blackjack strategy. It has a glossary of terms, flash cards and strategy tables. The game also allows the player to change the type of blackjack being played, the options being Atlantic City Blackjack, Las Vegas Blackjack or Las Vegas (downtown) Blackjack. Other game settings change the way doubling-down and other special cases are handled.
