Bomb Squad

Bomb Squad is a strategy game for the TI-99/4A.

The player must disarm a bomb by cutting three of the five wires on the device in the correct order. The player has a limited time to defuse each bomb. The player has testing equipment which can connect to three wires at a time to provide information on which wires are safe to cut.

The wires are ground, static, timer, fuse, and primary. If ground is ever cut, the bomb explodes. If the static wire is connected to the test device, the player receives no information. The primary circuit sets off the bomb if either the timer or fuse are cut. The fuse circuit sets the bomb off if the timer is cut. The timer is the main ignition, and must be cut before the timer reaches zero.
