Brix

Game cover: Brix

Description

_Brix_is a mathematics-based puzzle game. At the start of each round, numbered blocks are arranged on the lower half of the screen, while a single block moves horizontally above them. The player is presented with two numbers and must select one of the four basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division). If the result matches the number on a block below and that block is unobstructed, it is removed from the field. If no match is found, the moving block descends and adopts the result as its new value.

Each operation must be selected within a limited time. If no input is provided, the game automatically applies the currently highlighted operation. All presented number pairs have at least one valid solution, and the objective is to clear all blocks from the field.

Players can choose from nine difficulty levels before starting a new game. Brix also supports multiplayer modes, allowing for cooperative or competitive play.
