Burning Metal: Executive Edition

The Executive Edition is an enhanced remake of the original top-down car combat racing game, Burning Metal. The player's goal is to come out victorious in a race where every contestant has access to a wide array of weaponry. The weapons can be used to hinder the opponents, and vice versa. Ammo for the weapons can be collected from the track. Another way to gain an advantage over the others is to increase the car's speed with a nitro boost. The game supports the same modes as the original: single-player, local dual (splitscreen on the same computer) and multiplayer with other people from the internet. Additions include improved graphics, new tracks, multiple selectable cars and new weapons (machine gun, rockets, razors, mines and flamethrower).

• Monster pickup

• Van

A bonus mini game can be played on the title screen. In it, the player must reach the finish line before the time runs out. The car can only be moved to the right or to the left. It is essential not to go off-track, since that slows it down significantly. In the higher levels, the road becomes more twisted, increasing the difficulty of the time trials.
