Description
Castle Heist: Chapter 1 is the first instalment in a planned trilogy of medieval stealth games. You play as a man who has been informed of his uncle's mysterious death. After following the instructions of your uncle's last letter, you find out that his sudden disappearance is linked to the nearby Castle of Redfort and the evil ruler within it, known only as the Alchemist. It is your mission to infiltrate the castle and uncover the truth of your uncle's murder and the Alchemist's plan, while avoiding enemy guards and obstacles.
The controls and premise are simple, as a first-person stealth game, you progress through the various levels by going to different locations, collecting items and staying out of the enemies' sight. You have no means of defending yourself, other than your wits and environment. If you are noticed for too long, the guards can shoot and kill you on sight, causing you to start the level again if you fail.
