Cecil Plays 21

Cecil Plays 21 is a 1-player card game for the Dragon 32/64.

The player competes against Cecil in the game of 21. The player bets $100 to $500 each game, and starts with two cards, and can take extra cards, either twisting another card or sticking to their current score. The goal is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. The player doubles their money if they beat Cecil, triples it with a score of 21, and multiplies by 5 if they play five cards without going over 21.
