Checkers

Checkers is a single player implementation of the classic board game.

This is a single player game in which the player plays against the computer. The computer's strength can be varied as can the time the AI opponent is allowed to think. There are seven game variants available, these are regular checkers, NW diagonal checkers, NE diagonal checkers, Losing Checkers, Double-Back checkers, checkers on a 10x10 board with 15 pieces and checkers on a 10x10 board with 20 pieces

The game is mouse controlled, has optional music and sound effects plus an internet play option. The game plays in a window which changes size depending on the board being used. There is a save game feature and the game keeps track of the moves played and has the option to print these.
