Christmas Creator

This seasonal compilation contains Christmas themed activities for all the family to enjoy, among which users are promised a computer game Skidoo (Selected Enduro Trail level).

All the elements of this title are accessed via a side scrolling animated menu showing a snowman strolling through a village in winter. The menu occupies the centre of the screen and is 640 x 480 pixels in size while the remainder of the screen is blacked out. Hotspots on the scrolling screen lead to various activities including:

• Karaoke: There are traditional Christmas carols in English, German, French and Dutch, each of which has an associated midi file.
• Clip art: This option installs Broderbund's ClickArt Master along with the artwork, an action which requires a machine restart.
• Calendars: This installs Calendar Creator and associated artwork.
• In the kitchen of one of the houses is a refrigerator with a list of cocktails and their recipes while on the table is a recipe book with cooking hints and a euro calculator/currency converter.
• There's also a letter from Santa to, presumably, the user's children which can be customised by filling in some blank bits before printing it out; desktop wallpaper; a Christmas Card creator; how to say Merry Christmas in many, many languages; and pictures to colour in.
• At the extreme right of the menu are some children playing on a slide. Clicking on them brings up the option to install:
  • Ski-Doo X-Team Racing, however this is only a demo of the full game
  • Though only one game is referred to on the cover there is a second game, the unregistered shareware version of Wall-Up from Soleau Software
