City Invasion
Description
City Invasion is a strategy game where the player faces off the AI and must produce units in lanes to fight them. The player wins if they can destroy the AI's base before they destroy their own.
The game has a futuristic, probably dystopian setting and is situated in an urban area. The city is being attacked by outsiders and it is up to the commander (player), to mobilize units to defend it. Use a diversity of units including shot gunners, snipers, grenadiers, robots, and more.
The game can be played using only the mouse, click on a lane to select it, and click on an unit to deploy it on the selected lane (you can also select lanes with the arrow keys). Deploying an unit resets the cooldown for all other units, although some units recharge faster than others. The player can also deploy special units/abilities, which, unlike common units, each has it's own cooldown and doesn't affect the cooldown of other abilities/units. The game has 5 levels (missions) not including the tutorial, and on each of them they unlock 1 common unit and 1 special ability, which the AI also gets access to as soon as the player does. Different units have different matchups and knowing what unit counter others is vital.
