City of Heroes: Going Rogue

City of Heroes: Going Rogue is the second commercial expansion for the MMO City of Heroes. It allows players to enter Praetoria, an alternate world, where the right and wrong mean different things. Praetoria is ruled by the dictator Emperor Cole, who believes in protecting his people at all costs, no matter the cost. Players can also choose from new power sets, including Dual Pistols, Demon Summoning, Electric Control and Kinetic Melee.
