Cloak, Dagger and DNA

Description
Cloak, Dagger and DNA is a turn-based strategy game for four players. Players can be human, inactive (does not move and does not create new armies), or AI. Human players also get an AI, which can be asked for advice. The game supports remote play via network drive.
The map has a number of areas that contain multiple tiles. Control passes between player per area, not tile. Most areas contain factories, which produce a certain amount of income per-turn if owned by a player. That income can be used to purchase armies, one per factory, as well as maintain those armies, one per factory. Combat is simple; every two armies can destroy one enemy army each turn if they exist in the same area. The game features simultaneous moves, where after all order have been entered, the game resolves everything. Victory occurs if one player controls 75% of the factories, eliminates all opposition, or has the most factories on turn 50.
The DNA in the name refers to the genetic algorithms that can be used to develop AI players. While the game comes with some AI programs, it also allows the creation and customization of new AI players in automated tournaments.
This game was distributed as shareware. The registered version included a map/scenario editor, and allowed editing some game rules.
