Clockwork Knight: Pepperouchau no Fukubukuro is a limited-edition compilation of Clockwork Knight and its sequel on a single disc, which includes a number of updates and bonus features:
- Movie On Parade mode, which allows the player to watch any cutscene from either game.
- Boss On Parade mode, which lets the player fight a boss rush of all boss encounters from each game.
- In-game cutscenes are presented in higher video quality.
Also included in the package is a 1996 "3D calendar" featuring artwork from the game.
