The Grand Strategy Expansion is an official add-on for Commander: Europe at War. It includes many enhancements and different features including new graphics, models, weather effects, and scenarios plus a new 173-page players' manual.
Although this expansion is "fan-made", it is completely endorsed and supported by the publishers. Offered as a free download, it requires v1.12 of the original game and supports the Military History re-release of the game.
