Commodore Format Power Pack 38 is a collection of games, demos and utilities found attached to the cover of the monthly Commodore 64 magazine Commodore Format in Cassette form. Issue 38 (November 1993) contains:
- Freddy Hardest: Part One (full game)
- Life Force (full game)
- Lunar Jailbreak: unreleased game from readers Lee Taylor and Neil Raine (full game)
- Mayhem in Monsterland (demo)
- Font Editor 3: program that allows you to change the characters on your C64 (utility)
