Conflict
Description
Conflict is a text-based strategy game for the TRS-80 similar to the board game Risk.
The year is 2150, and two superpowers have landed on a distant planet.
Each team starts with 8 colonies, and the map is divided into a total of 40 territories spread over 4 continents. Teams receive reinforcements at the beginning of each turn based upon the number of colonies and territories they possess. Each turn, players have the option to attack an enemy territory, move their troops to a different position, or distribute their troops to an occupied colony. Combat between areas is based upon dice rolls, with the higher roll winning, and the defending player victorious in a tie. The goal is to occupy enemy territory, and the last nation standing is victorious.
