Dairy Farming
Description
Dairy Farming is a 1-player dairy farming managerial game for the TRS-80.
The player starts with set funds, and the goal is to reach 10,000 points by running a dairy farm. Farm supplies, cows, money, land, barns are all worth specific points.
At the start of each game, the player purchases a farm and cows. There are 5 varieties or qualities of cows, and each must be purchased at auction, so the cost always changes. Each turn, cows must be fed, or the player risks losing their herd. Cows can be put to pasture, although this reduces feed on the land, or feed can be purchased. Cows can be milked, milk can be sold, and more cows can be purchased each turn.
Each turn, the player can buy or sell land, buy more cooler space to avoid wasting milk, buy a new barn to hold more cows, or buy a larger silo to hold more feed.
