Danger Crosswalk
Description
Danger Crosswalk is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.
The player controls a small child who tries to cross a busy road. The child can move in all directions, while cars, trucks, and horses scroll from the left to the right. The player has limited time to cross the sidewalk and, if time runs out or the child touches a vehicle or the edge of the sidewalk, they lose a life.
After a successful crossing, the player starts again at the bottom of the screen. There are three levels of difficulty which determine the width of the sidewalk, and the player starts with five lives. Vehicles become more frequent and faster moving as time progresses.
