De Tas
Description
De Tas is a Dutch graphic text adventure in which you are a student who spends the summer with his parents and sister on a campsite in Sweden. Outside the weather is bad and you soon discover that strange things are happening on and around the campsite.
The player inputs all actions via verb-noun commands with the keyboard to interact with the surroundings, such as "open kast". To navigate your way through the locations in the game you use " (N)OORD", "(Z)UID", "(O)OST" and "(W)EST".
If you want to know which visible items are in your location, and description of your location you need to type "(K)IJK" (LOOK). "HELP" is to get hints on how to play this game. Type "(B)EZIT" (possession) if you want to know what is in your possession. With "(K)IJK" + noun you can look at an object. With "BEELD" you can freeze the animated pictures.
This game has a save/load option. There are four ways to load and four to save: "LAAD EEN", "LAAD TWEE", "LAAD DRIE, "LAAD VIER" and "SAVE EEN", "SAVE TWEE", "SAVE DRIE", SAVE VIER". You must use the TAS-2 floppy disk for this, an extra disk is not necessary. If you want to start over, type "LAAD START".
