Description
Dead Cyborg: Episode 1 is a free donation-based adventure game played using a first-person perspective. It features an inventory. The game can be controlled via mouse and keyboard.
The nameless protagonist starts in cryogenic chamber and finds the other tanks empty. During his exploration of the post-apocalyptic and deteriorated closed rooms he finds green holo cubes which contain messages. Information is also obtained by reading computer screens and binary messages painted on walls intended for robots. There are also many robots with own minds to interact and speak with. In order to advance to need to find certain items and read messages which often contain useful information such as passwords.
He also learns that a nuclear war must happened outside which was fought with humans and robots and caused everything radioactive contaminated. Therefore it necessary to find anti-radiation medication to fight the effects on his body.
The game features no combat and focuses on exploration and immersion through the storyline dealing with themes of war, life, death reincarnation and the relationship between humans and robots.
