This special release of Death Stranding game comes with a DLC voucher that adds four bonus items that are not available as standalone DLCs. In US these extras are part of any pre-order release of the game, while in Japan this was a regular launch release where extras were included as an early purchase bonus.
The content includes:

- Gold "Sam" Sunglasses (item unlock)
- Gold Armor Plate [Lv.1] (item unlock)
- Gold Hat (item unlock)
- Gold Speed Skeleton [Lv.1] (item unlock)
- Death Stranding: Character Vignette dynamic theme (PS4 dynamic theme, 26.48 MB)
- PSN avatar (Chibi Ludens)
Early purchase in retail stores in Japan also came with a special Death Stranding bookmark.
