Der Planer 4

In Der Planer 4, the player takes the role of the manager of a forwarding agency. The menu of the game is presented as an office room and the player reaches all important screens by clicking on the corresponding item. Just like in reality, a huge part of the game is the handling of paperwork: everything from advertisements or official documents to inquires from customers lands on the player's desk. He has to distinguish the junk from the important ones and respond to them accordingly.

But of course, there also are other things to do, such as hiring and firing employees, active acquiring of assignments, and buying insurance or more trucks (overall 60 models). The most important part of the office is the disposition (based on a real software): here the player sets the routes of all their trucks - if they have multiple branches and many assignments, it is important to organize them well. The player can also use ships, trains or planes for their planning. It is also important to keep in mind that a tour can't be changed after it has started.

The game area is Europe with 185 cities. There are also three difficulty levels which basically influence the starting conditions. If they wish so, the player can watch the course of a truck by taking the view of its driver, but without the possibility to intervene.
