Desperate Dan's Dungeon

Desperate Dan's Dungeon is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

Deep down in the depths of Desperate Dan's Dungeon lurk ghastly monsters, created by pure accident. The only way to stop them from causing havoc is to keep them behind walls filled with Dartanium.

Dartanium can only be collected and produced from a large machine at the bottom right of the dungeon. This can be collected in a pail and transported to the dungeon walls to recharge them. Small rodent-type monsters have found their way into the dungeon to drink the Dartanium walls. These rodents are defeated by using the lift to fire the cannons placed on different platforms. Energy sacks appear, which, when kicked, release high voltage energy throughout the dungeon. If a rodent completely drains a Dartanium wall, or if the player touches a blue energy platform, it's game over.
