Dohna Dohna

The game is set in Asougi City, a made-up provincial town on the Seto Inland Sea that has been totally taken over by the "Asougi Group," a powerful business that has complete control over every aspect of its residents' life.

However, Asougi often abducts civilians for arbitrary crimes, particularly when they don't adhere to its strict indoctrination, and sentences them to what they euphemistically refer to as "Temp Work." The harsh character of the government has led to some simmering discontent, which has taken the form of the "Anti-Aso" clans, gangs of rebels that take revenge on Asougi through violent robbery and the commercial sale of women. Asougi's control over the populace tightens as the Founder's Birthday Ceremony draws near, and the Anti-Aso agitate. The general population ignores what is happening in the city in the meanwhile.

Players assume command of the Anti-Aso clan Nayuta, and via the mechanics of the game, manage both their financial and military activities as they struggle with other clans locally and eventually overthrow Asougi itself.
