Dracula's Revenge

Dracula's Revenge is a single-screen platform game for Oric computers.

The player controls Friar Freddy, who has been asked by the abbot to sanctify a number of castles which have been infested by ghosts, werewolves and vampires. Each stage of the game corresponds to one castle which Freddy must sanctify by killing all monsters. A castle consists of several levels connected by ladders that Freddy can climb to get around. Vampires and werewolves also use these ladders whereas ghosts can simply pass through walls to move up or down. Each monster has a specific weakness: werewolves can only be killed by silver bullets that Freddy can fire while the undead are vulnerable to light in specific colours: ghosts are killed by green and yellow light; vampires only by yellow light. Freddy can let light into a level by opening windows at the left or right edge. The light outside cycles through various colours, so opening a window at the right moment is key.

The game contains four difficulty levels and a training mode.
