Dreadtome

Dreadtome is a first-person action game set within a mysterious and dangerous library filled with corrupted creatures. Players take on the role of an explorer tasked with retrieving forbidden knowledge hidden deep within the library’s ancient tomes.

The library is not only vast and labyrinth-like but also hostile. To survive, players must use a combination of tools and tactics. The repulser device can push back enemies or manipulate the environment, while firearms provide direct combat capabilities. Environmental hazards throughout the library can also be used strategically to gain an advantage over the creatures that prowl the halls.

In addition to combat, the game includes trials designed to challenge the player’s mind. Overcoming these trials allows players to upgrade their equipment, making them better prepared for the increasing dangers that lie ahead.

Exploration plays a key role in Dreadtome. Resources are limited, so players must search carefully to replenish ammunition, health, and other supplies. The library holds not only physical threats but also hidden fragments of the story, revealing the events that took place before the player's arrival.
