Emoji Clicker

Emoji Clicker is a free, single-player, mouse controlled, fixed screen clicker game. There is nothing automatic about this game, every coin, every emoji drop must be collected manually. The game starts with a smiley face emoji in the centre of the screen, after a while a coin will appear at the side of the emoji which the player can collect. Alternatively the player can hasten the process by clicking on the emoji to make the coins appear faster. The player clicks on the coin to collect it and the process is repeated many many times. The player could, of course, continue clicking on the emoji but when eight coins have appeared nothing else will happen until those coins have been collected and the process starts again.

Below the emoji are two icons, a hammer and a backpack and on the right there is a loot box and a shopping cart.

• The hammer opens a window in which the player can spend coins and buy resources. All the resources have an associated timer bar, when complete nothing happens until the player manually collects the waiting coin.

• The backpack is where accumulated emojis are stored. Here the player can equip or sell the emoji they have collected.

• The loot box has three options, collect an emoji drop which happens every three hours, collect eyes - an emoji replacement which drops every twenty four hours, and a link to the Steam store page to buy 'Rare Drop' DLC.

• The shopping cart opens a Steam store page where emojis can be bought.

The player uses the coins collected from around the emoji to buy progressively more expensive and productive upgrades and eventually, instead of coins appearing around the emoji there will be bags - representing a hundred coins and crates representing a thousand. The game has over one hundred emojis to collect and sixty-one Steam achievements most of which are related to the coins collected being raised to another power of ten.
