Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix (Collector's Edition)

Empress Of The Deep 3: Legacy Of The Phoenix (Collector's Edition) is a version of Empress of the Deep 3: Legacy of the Phoenix that contains the full game plus a bonus level.

The bonus level is locked until the main game has been completed. While many "Collector's Editions'" contain bonus levels which are either a continuation of, or perhaps a prequel to, the main story, this title is a bit different. Here, the bonus level has the player complete a series of puzzles to unlock "The Tower of Zem".

Once inside, there are a few more puzzles before the player can ascend the tower and play the game of Zem.

Zem is a gem-matching game which can be played in either Relaxed or Timed modes.

Relaxed mode becomes progressively harder as the player continues, with new hazards introduced. As the player's score increases they unlock trophies which in turn unlock more and more concept art.

In the Timed mode, the player starts with three minutes on the clock. When a level is cleared, the clock stops, and the player is awarded a time bonus. The new time then starts to count down when the next level begins.

In both cases, the game records the highest scores achieved.
