Description

Energy - The Petanque Factory is a single player, shareware, mouse controlled puzzle game with four 'worlds' each containing twenty-five puzzles.

The story behind the game tells of Jean-Luc Cabiel who has worked in the Petanque factory for many, many years. When he started he was fit and all the balls were silver making his job of packing them easy. He's much older now and not as fast added to which the game has changed and the balls now come in many colours which is a problem because Jean-Luc is colour blind. It's the player's job to help him sort the balls.

In the game the balls roll down the assembly line in random colours. Along the way they reach rotating bases that can hold four balls and it's here that the balls are caught. The object of each level is to capture four balls of the same colour in each base. The player clicks on the base to rotate it to catch the next ball and clicks on a captured ball to release it.

Other features include springs that bounce balls back along their incoming path and tunnels which change the colour of any ball passing through them
