Description
Espionage is a 1-player puzzle game for multiple systems.
The directors of M. R. Oil have discovered classified information is being leaked to a rival oil company. The player must discover the person responsible.
The player takes on one of seven roles within the company: site manager, lab technician, research scientist, geologist, biochemist, administrator, or plant engineer. The player must work as a normal employee to avoid raising suspicion, and must be wary of anyone asking for information outside of their usual field of work.
The game starts with a brief training program, a quiz about oil production, which produces a security clearance code. The player then receives a number of questions from employees at an oil company, which the player must answer correctly to avoid raising suspicion. The player must look out for questions directed from an employee that are inappropriate for their job title. Once the player has determined this individual, they must report them to their superior.
