Eventide: Slavic Fable

Eventide is a hidden object game with a big emphasis on story. There are inventory puzzles and logic puzzles, which can be skipped if the player so desires.

A map is also available allowing fast travel and displays the general area where actions are available at any given moment (depending on the chosen difficulty level). There are also about 30 Sparkling Flowers and 30 Bestiary Cards to be collected (the cards can actually be read from the Main Menu).

Finally, a hint button can also be used, which shows you the location you should go to next, or, if already there, where you should click to advance.

Regarding the plot, you are Mary, a famous botanist who just received a worried letter from Baba (your grandmother). She is a curator in a park specialized in Slavic mythology, and she seems to be particularly worried about the health of the endangered, mythical Fern Flower.

Upon arrival, you get attacked by a huge flying creature, and your grandma is kidnapped. Or course, you must save her, and in the process you find out that the park is more than just a museum, and home to many creatures of legend.
