Evil Crypt

Willie the Wizard's spellbook and sword have been stolen by the evil lord. You need to retrieve them, defeat the evil lord, and escape his evil crypt.

Evil Crypt is an exploration and maze game. Find items hidden in the crypt, and use them to explore. Items include a potion of levitation (immunity to pits), chest (contains your spellbook), sword (to defeat the evil lord), key (to escape the crypt), and a bow and arrow (to kill monsters). But be careful; you can only see a small part of the crypt; the unwary will certainly blunder into a trap.

Evil Crypt was originally published in The Third Rainbow Book of Adventures for the TRS-80 CoCo. It was later turned by the author into a conventional DOS program with identical gameplay.
