Fairy Biography: Adult Patch is an add-on that adds interactive sex scenes to the game Fairy Biography.
The game itself is not altered. There are still just ten levels in this single player, mouse controlled strategy game but the reward is now an interactive sex scene instead of a still image. Each scene has icons which toggle on/off various items of clothing, a control which increases the state of arousal and, once the required state is reached a final icon appears which triggers the scene's climax.
