Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a multiplayer party battle royale game. Players control colorful bean-shaped characters competing across a series of whimsical obstacle courses and mini-games. Each match begins with dozens of contestants who are gradually eliminated over several rounds until a single winner remains.

Gameplay centers on platforming challenges, racing stages, and survival modes. Characters move, jump, dive, and grab to overcome swinging hammers, collapsing platforms, moving walls, and other chaotic hazards. Some rounds require players to qualify by reaching a finish line within a limited number of slots, while others eliminate participants who fall into slime or fail to outlast timers.

Combat is indirect, relying on physics-based collisions rather than attacks. Pushing, grabbing, and blocking opponents are common tactics, while cooperation is sometimes necessary in team-based events. Team rounds include modes such as soccer-inspired matches, egg-collecting contests, or games of tag where success depends on coordination with randomly assigned allies.

Progression is tracked across seasons, with players earning experience and in-game currency for each match. Rewards unlock costumes, patterns, emotes, and other cosmetic items that allow customization of each character’s appearance. New stages, challenges, and themed content are introduced with each seasonal update, altering the pool of available mini-games.
