Description
Family Guy Online is an online MMORPG based on the American adult animated series Family Guy. Taking place in the show's setting of Quahog, Rhode Island, players create their own avatar to explore the town and advance the game's raunchy and absurd storyline.
Character creation involves players selecting a class which corresponds with one of the main members of the Griffin household (for example, Stewie is a ranged DPS, Peter is a tank, and Lois is a healer) before going on to visually customize their avatar to make them look like a unique Family Guy character. Once that is complete, players enter Quahog and encounter characters from the show, such as the Griffin family members, who give out quests which can involve finding items or beating other characters in combat. By progressing through the game, players can unlock new skills, clothing, and items.
As a free-to-play game, Family Guy Online is monetized via an in-game store where new items and skills can be purchased.
